Vectis Tavern

A nicely refurbished one bar pub, formerly the Robin Hood. This is a very ancient town centre hostelry, which used to flood regularly during spring tides, when the sea used to come up through the floorboards! It’s rather more sanitised these days, but still retains a great deal of character. Popular with the locals and with a friendly atmosphere. It gets very busy at weekends and during the summer. Live music Thursday, Friday and Saturday with a free jukebox Sundays.
