Sir Joseph Paxton

Located in a quiet urban area and set well back from Hunts Pond Road, with a large car park at the front. The name stems from a famous gardener and architect who was involved with Crystal Palace and the Great Exhibition. A cosy bar with real fire is near the front entrance, but the pub extends to the rear to offer larger seating areas for eating. The pub is currently opening for breakfasts in the mornings and also food is served from 12-3pm and from 5-9pm (10-9pm Sat & Sun). St Austell Tribute was also on handpump at the time of this visit.
