This old pub has had a total refurbishment from top to bottom, including the outside. It now has a stylish and modern look. The pub reopened in November 2019 with its new name, 1620 Pub & Eatery. Currently, there are three handpumps with St Austell's Tribute being a regular, the other ales can vary, but have seen Bass bitter on one. Pub hours could alter if busy and might stay open longer than their advertised times.
