Opened in the old Post Office delivery office in November 2011. It has an entrance next door to the Golden Fleece and one in Horseshoe Lane. The bar area comprises of a mix of snugs and a roomy standing area, which is dominated by an impressive gin-palace-inspired bar painted in pillar box red (a nod towards the building's former use) and an impressive feature roof lantern. The open-plan dining area can comfortably seat 120 guests and can be arranged to accommodate very large tables. The brick walls are adorned with mirrors, flags, banners, oil paintings and taxidermy. Keg only beer from Bath Ales. Art Deco inspired function room called "The Mess" upstairs.
