Built in 1875 as a school. Became a printing works and then a social club until bought in 1990 and converted into a pub. Now the only pub in the village. Basic public bar/lounge with with pool table and TV. Undercover patio area and beer garden. Lack of demand led to the removal of Real Ale in 2016.
