Lovely old limestone building, the bar serves six real ales, two of which change regularly. Excellent food cooked to order from an ever changing menu. Pub quiz on Wednesday evenings. Free Wi-Fi. Separate pool table room. The pub is named after the noted antiquary and author Edmund Waterton, who bought Deeping Manor in 1879. An annual beer festival is held in the spring.
