Red Lion

Opening hours

A typical country inn with low beams and tiled floor and in a pleasant setting. Extensively and tastefully redecorated in 2015 and reopened after two years closure. The welcoming multi-roomed pub has a small bar, is a popular dining one with a varied, extensive menu. The pub is known to date from at least 1665, the date of the Great Plague of London. The Wash would have been in closer proximity years ago.
