Recently reopened in December 2017 after many years closed, this is now a warm and welcoming pub. A smart conversion has been carried out that has created a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. it is popular with local residents pleased to get the pub back. Formerly called the Old Golden Ball, the golden ball still lives on in the pub sign.
