Boat Inn

Attractive canalside pub off the main Oxford to Banbury road, with a small bar area, a larger restaurant and a huge back garden surrounded by willow trees. Being run by the same people who manage the Jolly Boatman just along the canal, and much improved. Often featured in 'Inspector Morse' TV series and dining room has photos. Stays open all day in the summer. Otherwise closes 3 to 5:30 on week days and may drop a beer.
