Originally the Palace Cinema, rebuilt 1933, and then (1985) a health club/gym and nightclub, Wetherspoon took over the closed building in 2012 and rebranded it after Witney's weaving heritage. Has a new facade but still vestiges of the cinema inside. Usual food and drink - it's a Wetherspoon!
