A large detached brick built genuine free house within walking distance of Chadderton town centre and near to the Oldham Metrolink line Freehold stop. The pub hosts darts, football and rugby league teams. There are four handpumps but usually selling at least 2 beers . 'LocAle' has been awarded in recognition of its permanent range of locally produced beers. Live sports are shown via satellite TV. Live music or Karaoke on most Saturday evenings.
