White Hart Inn

A true free house in a classic stone building dating from 1788, it commands impressive views over the surrounding hills and Greater Manchester. The multi-room layout has log-burning stoves in the refurbished bar area and Brassiere, behind which is a restaurant, function rooms and guest accommodation. Quality food is served daily in the pub and separate Brassiere from an award-winning kitchen. Three regular hand-pulled beers are supplemented by three guests including one from Ossett. The White Hart hosts a variety of events including themed dinners and wine tastings. The White Hart will reopen April 12. Tables in the marquee and half those uncovered outside are bookable. The other half of the uncovered tables are first come, first served.
