Elephant & Castle

A traditional stone built pub on the road between Rochdale and Bury. After being bought from EI to save it from being turned into housing, the pub is now focusing on good quality dining at reasonable prices, and well kept real ales, also with a well stocked gin bar. Independent of tie, this friendly local serves Wainwright as a permanent beer with three guest ales from smaller breweries. Reopened 4/7/2020
