Now open again after a refurbishment of the theatre, and called KILN THEATRE BAR with six keg beers available (including Hackney) and a selection of canned/bottled beers, some from London. A welcome return even though back in the day it did offer a cask beer. While the coffee shop at the front opens daily, the bar currently only operates when there is a performance from around 5.30. Its closing time will again depend upon when the performance finishes and how busy the bar is. It is though open to those not going to a performance. An associated company runs the bar/restaurant at the Young Vic.
