UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP AS OF JUNE 2021. Situated in a tiny village on the edge of Sotterley Park, this inn dates back to the 16th Century. The original arched doors and carved fox heads have been retained. The interior comprises a bar with comfortable seating leading to a conservatory and a separate restaurant area. Outside, a patio and small garden are popular in summer months. Beer festivals are held twice yearly: one over Father's Day weekend and the other close to Halloween. Live music each Friday evening. The pub has several clubs for locals including a Real Ale club with regular brewery presentations and a book club.
