Oak Tavern

Popular with all ages, this well run, lively community pub is situated on the northern side of town. It has an open plan bar divided into two areas, one festooned with Belgian brewery memorabilia and the other for pool and darts. A TV screen shows sporting events and there is a patio and car park to the rear. Various events are held throughout the year to raise money for local charities. A dark beer is usually available during winter months.
