Splendidly situated with views of Cromer pier and the sea, the 19th-century Red Lion has retained many of its original features including panelling, a Victorian tiled floor and open wood fires. The work of local artists decorates the walls of the two bar areas. Up to four guest ales are usually available, often from local breweries such as Humpty Dumpty and Wolf. Beer festivals are held in the summer. The award-winning restaurant offers an extensive menu, and serves breakfast 7-10.30.
