Ten Bells
76 St. Benedict Street, NorwichNR2 4AR
Cosy 17th century city corner pub, which was extended at least twice into neighbouring buildings in the last thirty years, and has been completely refurbished up-market a few years ago.
The original pub is now the main bar, with most of the seating in the extended areas.
Up to six well-kept ales are served from around the country, the pub having apparently been released from the Greene King tie, alongside craft beers and a good range of spirits, including gin from the on-site the distillery.
May close somewhat earlier than 12.30 on weekdays if quiet!
