Thought to be unique in that it is owned and run by the church next door, St Thomas's, who bought it in 2016 and refurbished it at a reputed cost of over £500,000, to reopen it as a cafe / bar / restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch and a selection of bottled beers from various local breweries including Redwell, and Humpty Dumpty.
