Originally a small corner pub, now refurbished and substantially enlarged using new flint walls and much wood panelling to create a number of alcoves. Nowhere near the railway, the pub was named in anticipation of a railway which was never built!
The friendly pub was an area winner of the South Norfolk District Council Community Pub of the Year, and has a large car park and pleasant outside seating area, and live music on a Sunday afternoon at least once a month.
Breakfast is served 9-11 on Saturdays
