A traditional dog friendly village pub which also has a restaurant serving great value home cooked lunch an evening meals. There is ample car parking available with outside seating and dining areas. There is also a small enclosed children's play area. At least three real ales are always available from the local breweries served direct from the cask, including Adnams, Southwolds and Lacons with guest ale available each week, these include Humpty Dumpty, Bouddica and Woodfordes. Regular events include quiz and acoustic nights, Fish & Chip Fridays with a homemade beer batter of the chefs choice, curry night and of course a traditional Sunday Lunch'
