Town centre pub on the younger drinkers' pub 'circuit'. Recently re-opened after a major refurbishment. Sport on TV - outside signage says "Ale. Sport, Gin" Real ale now served and kept well. Three beer engines with rotating ales not just the usual nationals. Real ales are sold at £2.30 per pint.
