Live & Let Live

A mid 19th century building converted from three cottages with some later additions. The original pub entrance was the other side of where it is today although no external traces of it remain since the pub was extended many years ago. An old photo behind the bar shows how it would have looked. There are two distinct bar areas with the much larger split level lounge to the front. This is very much a locals' pub but visitors are made welcome and raising the subject of beer is almost guaranteed to get several conversations going!
