Wheatsheaf

Village free house built out of local ironstone situated on the main road through the village. The comfortable front bar has exposed beams and a variety of seating areas. To the rear a large restaurant area can cater for up to sixty covers. Food, much of it sourced locally, ranges from pub favourites to restaurant specials with a variety of vegetarian options. Regular theme nights with menus to match are held. A pub quiz is held on Tuesday evenings.
