Castle Inn

One of the original public houses in an historic village, the decor consists of old oak beams, period furnishings and walls hung with antique prints. This 17thC gem has Summer Lightening permanently on sale with regularly changing guest ales sourced regionally and nationally. An excellent menu: home-made food cooked on a wood-fired stove in the bar is available evenings and lunchtime.
