Wheatsheaf

Re-opened 2016 under new ownership and reverted back to its traditional name of the Wheatsheaf. Ten handpumps offer a range of changing cask ales and ciders. Food served lunchtimes and evenings both in the bar and the separate restaurant. The pub has a real fire in the bar, a fantastic outdoor terrace and hosts live music every week. Local Branch and East Midlands Regional Cider POTY 2017. In 2019 B&B rooms were opened, and the restaurant opens for breakfast to non-residents some days.
