Somewhat unusual addition to the Newcastle real ale scene this very modern style bar with an attractive marble counter majors on American style smoked food with many keg beers (some "craft") dispensed from 31 taps behind a central bar. However it also serves some real ales - only differentiated from the others by being shown in blue chalk on the large ex-schoolroom blackboard on back wall. Dining room at back and industrial outdoor drinking area to rear.
