This pub is named after Scotland's first iron ship; which used to sail on the nearby Monklands Canal. One of the smaller, if not the smallest, Wetherspoon pubs which along with the immitation coal fire on the left give it the feel of a local pub. The pub is on one level apart from a raised area by the window to the right. The four changing beers are all from Scottish micros. Alcohol is available after 11am.
