A charming, thatched community pub with a warm welcome and an attractive garden popular with families. Guest beers are often from local microbreweries. Good value, home-cooked lunches are served (daily except Monday) and evening meals from Tuesday to Saturday. There is a regular quiz on Thursday evenings.
