Station Tavern

This traditional pub has recently had a complete makeover but has kept many of the original features such as it horseshoe shaped bar and railway memorabilia. Although it only has two pumps the beer is very drinkable and the service always friendly and efficient. As it serves other food and drink it is a good pub to visit with a non-drinking companion. The recently refurbished garden is now a very pleasant place to sit and relax and there are plans for a barbeque area to be created for next summer. It has themed nights such as 'Retro - meals in a basket' (Thursdays) with live music at such times. There is karioke on the last Saturday of the month.
