Re-opened in March 2017 after closure of over a year, this is a village pub with a single-room bar split into two areas with additional restaurant seating and a covered marquee at the back. Two of the four handpumps are usually local. Wednesday is the weekly quiz night. Accommodation is available in 10 en-suite rooms in the converted outbuildings. The pub is dog friendly and popular with walkers at weekends. The large garden has panoramic views of the countryside bordering the western edge of Milton Keynes. Small car park at the rear.
