A 16th-century pub with two bars, both with inglenook fireplaces. The main bar to the left includes a snug and the restaurant to the right has part of an original wattle and daub wall displayed behind glass. A covered and heated patio opens onto the garden, with additional tables outside the front of the pub. The varied menu includes takeaways and Sunday roasts. A popular jazz music evening is held first Thursday in month. Alternate Sunday evenings are quiz nights. Ramblers are welcome.
