Lovely redbrick pub split into two rooms served by a central bar. On the left is a comfortable lounge and to the right a smaller bar with pool table. There is a large, pleasant beer garden to the rear. Two hand pumps can be found in the bar, serving beers from breweries such as Lancaster, Moorhouses and Greene King. Food is served every day including a range of pizzas. There are TVs in both rooms often showing sports, but these are less intrusive than in some pubs. Dogs are welcome in the bar and treats are avilable for them.
