Spoon Inn

The Spoon Inn is a Coffee,Bar,Tea house located in the Victorian parade opposite Chorlton's bus station. In their own words "The Spoon Inn is established and run by three local Mancunians. The three of us respect and love the passion that Manchester holds within its people and their characters." The bar majors on speciality teas and coffees during the day making it popular with online workers taking advantage of the free wi-fi. However, after work it's distinctly a bar. Tucked away below the counter top are two handpumps althoug for most of the year, only one will be in use serving an ever changing guest. There is no mainstream fare, all beers are sourced from micro-breweries with Track, Squawk, Pictish & RedWillow being amongst favourite breweries. The bar holds a wide variety of events thoughout the week including live music, DJs, poetry. Rear lounge the "Art House" hosts exhibitions for local artists.
