Large pub in a former library on the edge of Hyde Park, next to the main University of Leeds campus and popular with students. A high ceiling and wooden flooring contribute to the spacious feel. There is a mixture of long, wooden tables and benches and high tables and chairs. There are pool tables downstairs and a function room upstairs that hosts various events. Sports are shown on a number of televisions. Four cask beers are available together with a range of modern keg beers. A small range, around four, of traditional and fruit flavoured ciders is available.
