Characterful pub unchanged in many years and beautifully capturing an era that has now sadly passed. Originally owned by Hewitt's of Grimsby and run by the current owners for 50 years. Welcoming and popular with locals despite its isolation. The restricted opening times are sometimes extended in the evening if trade justifies. London Pride is occasionally replaced by an additional guest beer.
