Standing beside the busy A5 this cheerful freehouse is a simple three-roomed affair with a small central bar with a comfortable lounge, popular with diners, and a quieter side room either side. Rear verandah decking offers panoramic views not least of the Llangollen canal as it approaches the eponymous (though not visible) world famous Pontcysyllte aqueduct. Additional parking down the lane.
