New landlords October 2020 This traditional local pub dates back to at least 1840 as records show that at that time it was kept by an Elizabeth Deacon. Once smaller rooms are now knocked through to form one U-shaped room encircling a central bar. On the first floor the former function room is now the pool room with two pool tables.
