Built in 1899 by the Great Central Railway, the Manor House was designed to serve passengers arriving at Quorn and Woodhouse Station, which it still does today - the preserved steam- and diesel-hauled trains pass by 150 yards from the door. The building was refurbished in 2005 and now has an open-plan bar and award-winning restaurant with a separate function/meeting room available to hire. A free house, two guest beers are available during the week and three at weekends.
