An excellent base for exploring the surrounding Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains, with bunkhouse accommodation available. Two always interesting guests supplement the regular ale and excellent, good-value, home-cooked food is available evenings and lunchtime at weekends - the pies are deservedly popular.
