Brought back to full potential by quality craftsmanship this free house, established as a traditional market tavern in 1826, has six hand-pumps dispensing rapid turnover regional beers. An extensive brasserie menu is served seven days a week with 20% off meals on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The traditional yard includes a new toilet block; two large covered areas (one can be heated) and ample seating. There is full disabled access. Monday and Tuesday £1 off a pint of real ale.
