This tastefully refurbished Grade II listed coaching inn is situated in the heart of Ulverston Town Centre. The bar carries a selection of beers from their own Lakeland Brewhouse (formerly Stringers), supplemented by changing beers from an interesting selection of breweries with swapping arrangements with Stringers. Along with a warm welcome, you can expect a number of screens for watching sports, a large heated beer garden, en suite hotel rooms and delicious food served daily. An upstairs function room has been added to the facilities in which tables can be reserved for watching sport on the large television. This room is also available for hire.
