This is a small snug bar with a separate bistro serving locally sourced food. It is away from the tourist area, and retains local character. The beer garden has excellent views of Cartmel Priory and the surrounding countryside. Winter hours may vary, particularly from Monday to Thursday when it stays open until 10pm.
