This isolated pub is tucked just inside the westernmost tip of North Yorkshire despite its postal address a few hundred yards from the settlement of Garsdale Station on the famous Settle to Carlisle railway. Remodelled in 2016 internally, it is divided into two main rooms, a cosy stone-flagged area with coffee, tea and cake bar, and a comfortable bar with rustic stone walls and ex[posed beams, offering a varied menu. Open all week in the summer, Easter-late October, but opening times vary in Winter, often according to custom.
