A community pub just a short distance from the train and bus route. The main bar and vault have changed little over the years and it is like stepping back to bygone times.Multi-roomed classic pub.Lovely licensee who really cares about his pub and beer. Hand-pulls usually serve Tetley Cask, Greene King IPA, plus at least 1 microbrewery beer (often Prospect, but many other beers are also served).
