Set over three floors of an historic Grade II Georgian former merchants house, built in 1746. It was one of the first buildings to be built on Duke Street and retains many original features such as sash windows fireplaces and solid ships decking wooden floors and is named after the first scheduled passenger ship to New York in 1817. It is a city centre, award winning gastropub specialising in using locally sourced, fresh, sustainable, ingredients. Those wishing not to dine can make use of the seating in the bar area.
