This Victorian one bar local's pub has a light and airy feel. The open bar has a modern edge to it, with a light wood floor and blue pattern tiles around the bar. The walls are a mixture of low wood wall panelling, glazed tiles and exposed brickwork covered with pictures of local scenes. The seating is an eclectic mix with mainly low chairs.There is a side room which leads to the garden which has a heated and covered area. The guest beer is supplied by Fuller's but may be from other brewers. Fortnightly live music mainly on Fridays. Formerly a Charrington's house.
