Royal Marine

The name commemorates Queen Victoria's review of her troops in 1853 on nearby Chobham Common. Royal Marine memorabilia, and a collection of drinking jugs and other bric-a-brac are on display. Generous portions of home-cooked food are served Monday to Friday, and Sunday Lunch. Traditionally Friday is Meat Raffle Night, and first and third Wednesday of month a 'Fun Bingo' session is held. Rural location and quirky opening times, closed Saturdays. Extensive garden at rear.
