Mosset Tavern

Described as 'The country pub in the heart of Forres', this smart, extremely popular Scottish lounge bar/restaurant is situated next to the Mosset burn and pond, with swans and ducks. The friendly, efficient staff, serve ale from a single handpump in the lounge and up to five in the spacious, comfortable public bar where there are pool tables and large screens showing sport. A spacious function room is also available where it usually hosts the Foot Tapper beer festival in April. Live music on Friday evenings. Pub quiz every Tuesday from 8.30 to 11.30.
