A traditional wooden beamed hostelry that occupies a very prominent position on the main street. The single main bar is decorated with numerous prints and paintings. It has no machines but does have piped music and traditional pub games. It is also family friendly and welcomes children. There is regular live music on Saturday evenings. A Greene King tenancy, but with genuine guest beers.
